at work on work days only i take tylenol number 1 tablets. i do this so i can do the work?

the work is very hard i am a mover. when i am not at work home for more then one day i find climbing the 3 flights of stairs very hard on my legs. at work with the tylenol ones i walk up and down stairs with heavy things in hand all day .
i cant seem to work with out the pills . yet when not working i dont feel any need or desire for them . am i hooked none the less.

If you take any addictive substance on a regular basis, chances are that you will get hooked, but you have two problems. I think your first problem has to do with the reason you started taking the tylenol ones in the first place. Have you had an orthopedist check your joints, or spine. Have you had an MRI. If not, you should so you can get to the bottom of your problem and perhaps treat or repair it -- and possibly prevent further injury by your work. After that is taken care of, the doctor can help you get off the pain pills altogether, very slowly.

You ght have some dependency. If you require pain medicion for work, you need to find out why you need them. Being a mover is ha on the joints and muscle and if you are getting significanpain from that line of work, than it might be a good idea to lo for another job.
In my opinion, no job is worth the requirement of pain meds daily.Remember that pain is a protecte factor designed to warn you that whatyou are doing is damaging and you need to stop the offending agent.

I'd suggest that you see a doctor and let him know about the pain you have in your legs. He may be able to help you get to the bottom of the pain.
