you people cant handle it and accept the fact that we're right.. you come here not to "discuss" or "challenge" but just to ridicule and insult... thats all you do, all you can do when answering any questions by us. The only questions we ask that can be answered using "facts" are about creationism annd... that's about it. everything else is based on our faith and all you can answer to that is BS that is irrelevant to our questions.
face it, you are all ignorant to our beliefs so therefore makes it impossible to answer any questions regarding it so all you do here is persecute and discriminate.
And if that's that case doesn't that make you horrible people?

do not stereotype us please. not all of us are ignorant of Christianity or other religions, I know I'm certainly not. Some of us were previously Christians or have plenty of christian family and are well aware of your religion and your beliefs. We do discriminate, it is true, but you do the same to us, do you not? We are all human and we will continually criticize others that do not believe exactly what we do. Why we criticize Christianity is because you really don't have any facts to support your faith, that's why we discriminate you because you have no proof. But that's what faith is, isn't it? We are not horrible people for questioning you, we are just people, we are just humans like you and everyone else on this sight.....hopefully. We don't cry when you insult us back, we dispute with you back. Thank you very much.

1.) Cry? We have no need to cry when we see how silly your attempts to "prove" things are.
2.) Some of us are ex-religious, so we have answers to your questions, too. Besides, we like to inject some truth here and there.
3.) Ignorant to your beliefs, hmm? You might be surprised at how many non-religious people have read the Bible. This includes the people who rejected it BECAUSE they read it.
4.) Both sides are guilty of persecution and discrimination. If you think that you and your "people" are 100% innocent, you're only fooling yourself (read your own comments). Of course, you're ignoring the times when we don't persecute and discriminate since you only want to hear certain answers to your questions, not what other people perceive to be the truth. After all, only you can be right... right?
5.) Horrible people. Huh. See above (and a mirror).
By the way, as someone has already pointed out... Christians shouldn't be saying this sort of thing.

We'll accept that you're right when you can prove that you're right. So far you've proven nada.
And nothing we say makes us any worse than the religious bigots out there that pass judgment on everyone else, telling them how to live, who to love, what to believe, and that everyone who doesn't share the same beliefs as they do deserves to be tortured for all of eternity in a pit of fire.

I have never met an Atheist who has not studied and participated in religious services in order to give them the benefit of the doubt. After 50 years of studying most of the religions, and not just one as you probably did, I am struck by the damage that they do to the people who live in an artificial world of their own invention. Creationism is the biggest scam and nonsense of all, and if you can't see it for yourself, noone can reach you with logic and common sense, If you are happy living in a world of imagination, and you don't sound very happy at all, good luck to you.

I would challenge that I am "ignorant" to your beliefs, since I wasn't always an atheist.
I was raised a good little Baptist girl. I saw intolerance, persecution, and bigotry towards ANYONE who did not share our "beliefs."
I read the Bible, but I had questions about details in the Bible. I was actually told by my youth pastor to ask him what a passage was about. I was discouraged from forming my own opinions time and time again.
My leaving the church had nothing to do with evolution (I learned about that latter. It only reinforced my beliefs). I left because "believers" were the nastiest people I have ever met. My home church family was cruel to me. I was a child! 14, 15 years old! They should have nurtured me and my beliefs. Instead I was judged and criticized.
Don't tell me what I know and don't know.

I was raised Baptist. Church three times a week. I still read the Bible more than most Christians that I know. I'm fascinated by the early church, as well as the early texts. I have lived your beliefs, so I'm not ignorant of them.
But I'm an athiest.
I think that religion is neccessary for most people, that the thought of complete control over your own life is far too dangerous an idea for most. You can have your opinions, and I'll have mine. Don't insult me, and I'll try to return the favor.

the bible said that before Noah it was 6000 years to 2000 and 8000 years go it was an ice age an facts tell that in that time there where a lot of water vapor around the earth which has caused the flood Hey man don't worry these atheists there are as stubborn as mule do you think these people believe that nothing comes after death makes me want to laugh

I have done my research.
I've gone to church, mosque, synagogue and temple.
I choose what I choose.
I'm not telling you that you're wrong and the only thing I have to say about religious people is when they take it too far - religious fundamentalists.
So if I'm not insulting your belief, why do you have to insult mine?
I come here to discuss and do furthur research and to set the record strait to all the ignorant fools - especially about Islam.
