Thank You for the star and since you have experience in this line of work maybe you could give me some advice on how to get started and what to avoid.
I haven't worked for 6 years because I've been home raising my son so finding a job is going to be a challenge.
Is there anything I can do to more easily find employment in Property Management?

That is awesome!!!!! Congrats!!!!!

Since you are now an expert....I have this tenent who......Just Kiddin' !!!
It's a great biz, my sister-in-law has done that for years in California.
Good money and working conditions...

Try a Head Hunter for jobs. They will separate the "wheat from the chaf" as they say... You pay nothing for them, as they are hired by the employer.
Remember, not an Emplyment Agency, a Head Hunter.
Try Management Recruiters.... www.mri.com.
Great company and I had good luck with them...

I wish you the best!!!

I have a Diploma for Property Management and it came from the school of hard knocks. Having Rental Property for 20 years has been a challenge. Dealing with damage and welfare deadbeats; extremely frustrating and stressful. Over all I must admit, I did come out better off financially.
