Can you make an MSI from the office 07 and if yes then how?

MSI is the window installer. You can't make it. What you need to to run window update or go to Microsoft website and search for the latest Window installer version and install it. The latest version is version 3. You can get it here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/884016
