Depending on how deep and irritated the site is,apply moist heat to the the area at least 3 times a day.Or, if not realistic, first in the morning ( if you shower every morning, let the warm water run over the area for several minutes) and repeat before bed ( warm, moist compress). When it appears that it has come closer to the surface,it should be easier to pull out with a pair of CLEAN tweezers. When this occurs, wash the site with soap& water. Dry thoroughly and apply Bacitracin ointment ( it's over- the-counter). Repeat process until healed. Watch for signs of any infection. The area becomes reddened, hard, painful and hot to the touch, any leakage with an odor or any leakage that is yellowish-green. If this condition already exists, please consult your doctor. I hope this helps.

Tips
-if you can, wash hair every other day or every two days-it just depends how oily your hair gets.
-leave conditioner on for 10 minutes at least and don't put it on roots.
-drink lots of water and eat a lot of protein such as meat and peanut butter cause your hair is made from protein.
-always use a leave in conditioner for split ends.
-trim hair once a month since split ends stops hair growth.
-use heat protection every time.

when you shower, use a loofah (natural sea sponge) or similar product to gently exfoliate the skin near the hair. That will help the hair exit the skin. Once it's above the skin you can gently pull the hair up to bring it the rest of the way out. Prevent them by using the loofa at least weekly.

Like you do any other one. If it is in a sensative area I advise to proceed with caution. You get them out though. I get a lot them all over my body. I guess it it cuz I got thick hair. So I have learned to deal with it.
