With my 3rd pregnancy, I used a cheapo test strip that cost less than $1, but detected at 20 mIU. I tested at either 9 or 11 days post-intercourse and got a very faint line with 1st morning urine. I tested again a couple of hours later without having drunk anything and the line was more visible.

If you get a sensitive test stick or strip, you can test now.

Nausea doesn't usually hit till the second or third month. If you've missed a period, that would be your first indicator. You can take the test as soon as you've missed the first day. To be on the safe side, and to not skew test results, wait until the entire period has been missed, then take the test. But the throwing up is probably not a symptom of pregnancy yet.

you can take the test if your period was due or is due soon. Be aware that sometimes a home test can show negative up to a month in, so maybe consider going to the doctor for a real test.

If you have missed a cycle then no, but if you havent I would wait a bit. Or you may have missed calculated your last time and be further along. Good luck.

Maybe you're further along than you think. Take a test. What could it hurt?
