Just at a glance, I don't see how Christian it can be if it claims to have "no biblical basis".

The word of God is essential for Christianity, and it makes no sense to me how you can even teach the religion without using the Bible!

Given that these words appear on their web site, directly beneath your heading, I would say that since they seem to be getting people to sexually lighten up, and forget about the teaching of the church as sex being a sin, they are more liekly a cult of some sort. even still, this is the only religion I am going to be following from now on:

LIBERATED CHRISTIANS

They appear to use "Liberal Christian" as a proper noun.

As a proper noun "Liberal Christian" can mean whatever the webmaster wants it to mean.

"Forget about what PAUL teaches for a minute, what did JESUS teach?"

No.

They are twisting the scriptures in an excuse to be sexually immoral.

Yeah. However, it appeals to those who follow Christ, not those who follow man's dogma.
