You can use Windows movie maker to make the slide show if thats what your asking? Its free as it is part of Windows XP.
Then you can burn it with what ever burner program that you have, I have and like to use nero. It comes with cd/dvd drives as the install cd for burning programs.

i'd say microsoft powerpoint which comes with all coms and windows movie maker could be good or any of those free windows photo albums
