It sort of depends on your personality!

At 25, most men/women are exiting the "party" phase and REALLY starting to look for an adult relationship, so going much younger will probably put you in the position of being "played"!

I would say you cannot go much more than 10 years older because then you lack similar life experiences!

The answer depends on you and to some extent, the people--family, friends etc-- around you. Some people consider 5 to 10 years to be acceptable;others accept even double the age difference, while still many don't care.I think at 25, if the person has all of the qualities you are looking for in a partner and you have engaged in an open and honest dialog about all issues, then go ahead .After all isn't happiness what we all want from our mates and life.Happiness, believe me , has no age restrictions. As for the people around you, they are not the ones going to spend their lives with this person.Listen to their advice and take the best one if it makes sense to you and is not based solely on the age difference.

IMO, it's a little creepy when one person is in his or her teens and the other is older than 21, although it depends on the maturity of both.

When both people are in their 20s and older, it really depends on the individuals. A 25 year old and a 40 year old might make a fine match.

i'm 23, living common-law with baby's daddy, 24 year old good looking man and i'm dating a 47 year old fit attractive man on the side. My older boyfriend is mature, relaxed, doesn't argue with me, treats me well, and really knows how to pound it into me. If I ever find myself single again, I am definately going for an older man. There is no range to great, it's all about the individuals involved.
