does anyone have a good recipe for strawberry pie?

Strawberry Pie

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup strawberry gelatin powder
2 drops red food coloring, optional
1 1/2 quarts strawberries, sliced (reserve a few for garnish)
1 pie shell, baked, 9-inch
whipped cream or topping


PREPARATION:
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and water in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened and clear, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice, gelatin powder, and food coloring if used. Chill until mixture begins to thicken. Place strawberries in the baked pie shell and spoon slightly thickened gelatin mixture over the top. Chill the pie at least 4 hours, then top with whipped cream or whipped topping and garnish with reserved strawberry halves

Strawberry Strawberry Pie from THE REALLY GOOD FOOD COOK BOOK

1 pie crust, pre-baked
1 pint ripe strawberries
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup hot water
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup sugar
whipped cream

Pre-bake pie crust.
Cool.
Slice the strawberries into the pie crust.
In a medium saucepan mix the package of jello with the cornstarch.
Add the water and the sugar.
Cook over medium heat until boiling.
Stir occasionally.
Pour the boiling mixture over the strawberries.
Place the pie in the refrigerator.
Chill for 3-4 hours until the jello glaze sets.
Serve with big dollops of whipped cream over the pie.

Fresh Strawberry Pie

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, (use margarine for reduced-calorie / fat)
3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
4 packages of artificial sweetener
3/4 cup unsweetened citrus juice (lemon or pineapple)
1 pie shell, baked, 9 inch
Whip Cream or Topping

Melt butter over low heat. Add graham cracker crumbs. Mix well.

Press mixture on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan that has been sprayed with vegetable spray.

Wash and slice strawberries. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup citrus juice. Cook over low heat until thickened and clear, stirring constantly.

Add remaining citrus juice and stir until thick. Remove from heat and add artificial sweetener.

Stir in fruit. Spoon into pie shell and sprinkle graham cracker crust. Chill. Serve with low-calorie whipped topping, if desired.

Here you go...Do you like cream cheese filling & strawberry gel?

Strawberry Pie

CRUST:
1 stick Butter or Margarine
1 cup Flour
1 cup chopped Pecans

Allow butter to come to room temperature. Beat butter and flour
until combined. Add pecans, mix until combined. Press into lightly
greased pie plate and bake 20 minutes at 350. Cool.

STRAWBERRY FILLING:
1 pint fresh Strawberries
1 bag Strawberry Gel
Clean, hull and slice berries, combine with gel.

CREAM FILLING:
1 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese (not light or fat free)
1 12 oz. container Cool Whip
1 cup Powdered Sugar

In mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and beat until
combined. Add Cool Whip and beat until combined and fluffy.

ASSEMBLY:
Into cooled pie crust layer, 1/2 of cream filling, all strawberry
filling, top with remaining cream filling. Garnish with sliced
strawberries (optional). Cover and refrigerate at least 2−3 hours.
Slice and serve. Yum! Yum!

NO BAKE STRAWBERRY PIE

2 8 oz. pks frozen strawberries, drained
1 pkg strawberry glaze mix (in fruit dept.)
1 small tub of whip cream
1 ready made butter or graham cracker crust

Wash and cut strawberries or (drain all juice from frozen strawberries) mix stawberries and glaze mix together. Pour into crust. Completely cover with whip cream.
Put in fridge for 2 hours. Serve.
