There is no most lethal martial art. The word martial arts (arts being plural) is a paradox. There are many techniques and abilities with which you can use to kill a man. There is really, however, only one true way to kill a man and that is if the person can accept the fact that they are a killer. Even the words martial arts are somewhat predefined. Martial meaning wartime and arts meaning jobs to be used in a certain way. People can all say this the best or this the best for this and so forth, but the fact is, it all comes down to the individual and whether they have the ability and pure feral instinct to kill and kill on demand. People lose sight of the fact that in more ancient times, before the advent of accurate guns, people had to rely on their skills and abilities to survive.
Nowadays, the only "true"martial artists you get are either soldiers in the military or people that have been sent to jail for killing people using what they have been taught.
So what is the most lethal martial art? Well, their is no most lethal. Their are techniques and abilities that will work and their are techniques and abilities that will not. The ones that work keep you alive and allow you to survive. As for the ones that don't... well, I'm not dead yet and have never used them.
Oh and on a side note, krav maga is a load of crao, I've fought through schools of wasters saying they know how to fight through krav maga. Pfft, I broke more of a sweat sparring with five year olds. Nitty gritty, yeah right, I've seen more realism in the power rangers.

There is no "Most Lethal Martial Art." You can break a leg with BJJ, but you can also kick someone in the adam's apple with Kung Fu. Every Martial Art has as a different balance to, but with the right person: Any Martial Art can be lethal. The thing is you should trying to avoid fights at all costs. If you can't: You have the right to defend yourself.
Karate (Theres about 400 styles), Kung Fu (There's probably at least 700 "Quans"), Tae Kwon Do (Ibid), Savate, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Kempo, Sambo, Kalari, Capoeira, Jujutsu, Judo, Aikido, Tajitsu/Bujinkan, Krav Maga (This is something you should take it you want to get to the nitty gritty), Hapkido, Kajukenbo, Hwar Do, Wrestling (There's various styles here), Tai Chi, the animal styles (There's about 30), Chun Kuk Do (If you want to be ruff like Chuck :p [I think it's Muay Thai, BJJ, Wrestling, Kung Fu, and Tae Kwon Do with Jeet Kune Do concepts? :p)
The choice is yours, if you are looking to start one. :p

Don't believe all the hype. There is no most lethal system. Any system saying that is using a marketing ploy to get more customers. Thats sort of like in the 80's when karate and tae kwon do schools were saying that their students were ninja because of all the ninja movie hype.
There are some styles that train more selectively for real world situations, but it doesn't mean they are more lethal.

If that is your true desire - to be lethal - then leave the martial arts to those who want to perfect the skill of the body and mind, those who want a deeper philosophy and standard to live by and buy yourself a gun. But if you use your gun, particularly against a marial artist then you will damage your karma for many life-times.

Anyone who is a true martial arts expert would hate it to be used in a violent way unless it was absolutely necessary and would certainly not boast that it was the most *lethal*.
