yes.. it doesn't matter that he isn't running again. I just don't understand why he still has the power to try to push this thing through. The republicans better wake up and realize what this bill will do to the party!!!!

You bet he would. He is the most arrogant President we have ever had. Sometimes I think he believe he is God and doesn't need to listen to anyone but himself.Either that or he is really totally out of touch with Reality.
