Sugar Pie is right it shouldn't matter but it will so "don't put all your eggs in one basket" put your resume in at several places - just the one.

contrary to popular belief, depending on the aspect of the business, they do have the right to deny you a job.

if a large selling point of their business is creating a mexican atmosphere, rather than serving food, then they have a right to hire just mexicans. an example of this would be how guys have tried to get jobs at Hooters and were denied, went to court, and lost, because people don't go to Hooters for food, they go for the atmosphere and its a bonafide (legitimate) aspect of their business to have busty girls serving food.

Unfortunately, things don't work the same for white males.
