Just wondering. Because bleach in flour.....doesnt sound to safe to me.

it's not.... during the bleaching process (they don't use household bleach if that's what you mean) the vitamins and minerals are stripped out of it..... but they add them in after the process is complete.. it's fine.

It is not unhealthy. It just lacks all the vitamins and nutrients that unprocessed flour possesses. There is not enough bleach present to have any effect on a healthy person

It's not unhealthy. If it were, it wouldn't be allowed to be sold!

And bleached floru is not bleached using chlorine bleach like you wash your white clothes in.... totally different process.

Relax... and just buy unbleached flour next time if you're wigged out about it.

It's not unhealthful. It just lacks some (few) of the nutrients of unbleached flour.

Fluoride in your water may not "sound safe" but it's prevented millions of cavities.
