1. Have your eyes checked. Make sure that your current prescription is correct.
2. Flickering can cause headaches. If they continue, you may want to pursue other possible causes, including Epilepsy.
3. Set the alarm on your computer. Make it a new habit to get up and take a break every 45 minutes.

Sitting at a desk/PC for an extended time can cause health problems, headaches from the constant looking at the screen, wrist problems from the keyboard...even problems with circulation in your legs and arms...back problems also. Try to limit your time on the PC and then get out there and get active and move around some afterwards.

You're monitor might not be very good. You may have a CRT unit that you're sitting too close to. Or, your flat panel (or CRT) is fuzzy which is giving you a headache or nausea. You may just have it set to the wrong Hertz (it can be changed in the Display settings).
CRT's are not healthy for you. Flat panels are much better.

Nope, that has never happened to me.
Although sometimes I get a stomachache, which is just simply the result of me leaning too close to my computer - so my stomach is pressed up on my desk for a long time.
This happens when I become too interested in what I am searching on the computer... I do not do it on purpose.

This can happen to some people (luckily I for one am not very susceptible). One idea is to turn the contrast on your monitor down, and make sure your head is positioned sufficiently far away from the monitor (about 60 centimeters, or two feet).

Keyboards are treated with chemical fire retardant that can interact with those few that happen to be sensitive to it.
You should not eat while on the computer.
Wash your hands afterwards.
