Maybe they just take the money for the order and never send the bride!? Actually I think the man just answers an add to be a penpal to a woman overseas,and then if they decide to married its up to him to go and get her or make travel arrangements,kind of like that Hallmark movie,I think its called Sara plain and tall?I have a step brother inlaw that met his wife that way.But I would say an agency is a rip off!

You search through an on-line catalog, pick one, fly out to meet her & marry her, file all your paperwork with the INS, then wait for your bride to fly out here legally. I think the process takes about a year
