Yes, you could. But why do you ask? If a cat needs an enema that frequently, something else needs to be done to address the underlying problem. Is it dietary, anatomical, or nerve damage?
If it's simply chronic low level constipation, try things like switching to canned food, or adding a small amount of cow's milk, or encouraging more water intake with a pet fountain, or anything to get more moisture in the diet. There are also medications you can give in food to help.
Have you been to the vet about the problem?

Take a deep breath! Get a second or third opion.
If the animal is that ill you may have to put it to sleep.
I spend $2,500 that I didn't have and it didn't cure the illness.
I had the option of 1. Radiation treatment - this was suppose to cure the problem and make the animal healthy again.
2. Surgery, but wasn't guarrenteed to cure the problem.
3. Give the cat a pill every day for the rest of her life.
I choose #1 thinking that I would do everything for the love of my life.
After the radiation treatment the cat still has her blood work showing a problem. So I give her and will continue to give her pills for the rest of her life. She is 19 years old.
If I knew the nature of your cats illness I would proably be able to give you better advice.
If the animal gets to the point pain or life is to hard for it, ask the vet to advise you. They don't like to put animals down unless it is a last resort.

Poor kitty; what's wrong? My kitty Abby was a stray that was severely malnourished with round, ring & tape worms. After she was treated for worms, she had a little trouble digesting food even kitten food. My vet recommended a tablespoon of Libby's pumpkin filling. It worked wonders. And I'm still using it today only once a week or when she looks bloated. I freeze tablespoons of pumpkin in an ice cube tray then put them in a bag then microwave to defrost & mash then feed. She loves it. What's the obstruction? I hope this helps if you're able to. Good Luck!

Are there no other options? Try Miralax. I can't imagine anybody not going after a little bit of that. What about cod liver oil? Or a saucer of milk?
I'd have to be really attached to a cat to go through that once a week. I might also get a second opinion.

Why does your cat need an enima? I would never do that to a cat. And won't your vet let you pay this $2,000.00 in monthly payments? Mine did.

ARE YOU CRAZY! If there is an issue with your cat on pooping to that extent - take her to the vet.
How would you like an enema once a week - not a pleasant thing.

Put it to sleep or pay for the surgery. Don't be selfish and make this poor animal suffer!
