They work for Ted Kennedy, the same sicko jerk that keeps bringing this amnesty bill up since 1986, he has gotten it passed every time. Kennedy needs to be taken out of office by force, and dropped off at the nearest dump.
1. In 1986, Ted Kennedy's blanket amnesty for 2.7 million illegal aliens promised a lot more enforcement but did not set any requirments for actual reductions in illegal immigration. The illegal flow continued.
2. In 1994, Ted Kennedy's Section 245(i) Amnesty gave legal residence and jobs to 578,000 illegal aliens. It was a temporary rolling amnesty primarily for extended family members of immigrants who instead of waiting in line, come on to the country illegally. The illegal flow continued.
3. In 1997, Ted Kennedy's extension of the Section 245(i) rolling amnesty was followed by an increasing flow of illegal immigration.
4. In 1997, Ted Kennedy also won an amnesty for close to one million illegal aliens from Central America. Illegal immigration sped up some more.
5. In 1998, Ted Kennedy won an amnesty for 125,000 illegal aliens from Haiti. The illegal flow continued.
6. In 2000, Ted Kennedy got the so-called Late Amnesty, legalizing another 400,000 illegal aliens who claimed that they missed out on Kennedy's 1986 amnesty. Illegal immigration continued unimpeded.
7. In 2000, Ted Kennedy also won the LIFE Act Amnesty for an estimated 900,000 illegal aliens. It was another reinstatement of the rolling Section 245(i) amnesty., an estimated 900,000 illegal aliens. Illegal immigration accelerated.
Now, Ted Kennedy is saying that this amnesty is necessary if we are ever to stop the flow of illegal aliens. Why would any of these Senators believe him when he says this amnesty bill will end illegal immigration with a track record like his?
"The left and the right joined forces with fatuity at a terrible price to be paid later."
The American Heritage dictionary (New College Edition) defines "fatuity" as "stupidity conveyed with an air of pride or self-satisfaction."
The followers of Ted Kennedy and George Bush, democrats and some republicans can't stop patting themselves on the back in pride for their grand immigration compromise. But what a price we will all pay if they succeed.

Yeah, and how does the bill determine when the border has been secured? When Bush says it has been secured! Can we actually trust this man to hold back the flood of amnesty applications until the border really is secure. Sure, he'll secure it for about a day so he can declare it secure and start the parade of Z visas.

The 4.5 billion is not there. Bushie said he will use the money from the fee and fine the illegals will pay for citizenship to secure the borders. Even though we all know that the illegals are not going to step up and pay their fines. bush has turned into some kind of a liar, hasn't he?

I think "jorge" Bush is working for the big corporations and the government of Mexico. I also think that we as Americans permit that this amnesty bill go through, then, we all should hang up our gloves and called it quit. America is what it is, because we the majority want it to be American and NO Liberal Democrat or Liberal Republican is going to tell us different. The amnesty bill as is, shouldn't be approve, period.

It's all a bunch of lies. They've lied about it before and they'll lie about it again. Hell, the people in Arizona should be really pissed off at Kyl. He ran his election on an "anti illegal alien" platform, and he's one of the co-sponsors of this amnesty bill. I hope the Arizona voters vote him out of office next election. What a liar and back stabber.

The money will come from the over 60 billion that will theoretically be collected in fees/fines/luie-of-back-taxes-payements/whatever from those taking the Amnesty. That's right, less than 10% of that budgetary windfall to go to enforcement is supposed to induce us to support the bill.

Good Question, not for America. The real mystery, is why
at this time even in the face of stiff opposition, who has called
his marker in to be cashed.

Who do they work for?
Hello!! It is the ones with the money! The corporations and the ones that give to their campaign funds and political parties.
Because it sure as hell isn't us - the ones that vote.
