Congrats to Waltrip. He's a tough road to hoe since making the move to Toyota, and starting that new team. His run @ Michigan was quite remarkable, considering it was only his 3rd race this season. Hopefully things are starting to turn around for Michael Waltrip Racing, and even the whole Toyota camp. Vickers has constantly gotten better, and better. Allmendinger needs to start coming around before he has to jump back to CHAMP CAR. Predictions : Toyota starts winning next season.

I'm happy for Mikey and I'm happy for Toyota. I think that Toyota's presence in the sport will help the competition. As far as being a foreign owned company, they've created a heck of a lot of jobs in the United States over the past 10 years. The American companies are outsourcing to Canada and Mexico, so in the end it kind of balances out.

Good job Waltrip.
He deserves it.
Sure wish he drove for another manufacturer though. I'm not a huge Toyota fan.

GO MIKEY. He really is a good guy, just had some tough luck this year (maybe due to some bad choices...ie: toyota?). I would like to see him do better.
