Netflix WILL ship to an APO but it does take a bit longer.
I currently have an APO address and am a subscriber to Netflix. The average length of time it takes me to receive movies is 7-10 days. It has taken as little as 4 days and as long as 3 weeks due to a mis-deliver to another APO zip code. When you subscribe, put the "city" as APO and the "state" has a drop-down menu with all the APO choices (AE, AA, etc).

Best of luck and I pray for your husband's safe return.

LIke Rusty said, the turnaround is very long, takes us about 10 days from the date of the email saying it shipped. And getting to Iraq... that will be even longer. Plan on at least 18 days to get there. Don't know where he's at, but I know a lot of the camps have movie tents and often get first run movies for free. Also, a lot of the guys will share movies they get from home.

yes, they do , but I do not recommend it. netflix ships 4th class mail, and that takes FOREVER to ship to FPO/APO addresses. additionally, something like that could very easily get mislaid/lost/otherwise not make it to final destination.

You'd be better off buying the movies, sending them to him in a care package, and having him mail them back when he is done

they are usually very strict about where they ship too, but you could call their customer service and talk to one of the reps. My friend in jail wanted some movies so I called and asked, since their web site wouldnt allow to ship to state prisons, once I talked to one of the reps, they helped me and it was ok, as long as I payed all the fees, they were willing to ship.
