Depending on how old you are. If you both are under 12 well there is nothing that you can do. If you are in your teens tell him that girls don't like guys who are gross. Sounds stupid but they figure it out slowly.

My daughter thinks her little bro is gross to. He picks his boogers and then eats them. Sometimes, He tries to wipe them on her. She just deals with it by telling on him.

yeah i think that you should like him for who he is. As most people say boys will be boys. And by the way, it will make things worse if you tattle on him a lot so DONT! HOPE THAT HELPS!

you and your friends should give him a makeover and dress him up like a girl by putting a skirt or a drsss on him and putting makeup on him and paint his nails pink
