I don't want the car anymore. I guess I realize I can't get my money back. I paid it out, & it's mine, but I don't want it anymore. What should I do with it? What would happen if I abandon it? Or can I resell it?

Try and resell it to get at least some of your money back. Don't abandon it, you can be help responsible if the title is in your name.

I have to ask why don't you want the car now after having paid it off?

It could be very costly if you abandon the car. City storage fee, towing fees and possibly a fine.

Why don't you list it on Ebay! Lots of folks always looking for good buys. If you really don't want the car and its still running make the listing on Ebay under a buy it now condition ask only what is resonable and be sure to discribe the car just like it is.

Also, you could consider giving it to the Salvation Army as a tax deduction. They would put it to good use and you get a tax deduction applied to this years taxes.

Good Luck

Good Luck.

Resell it. If you abandon it, it could be towed or stolen, but either way, it will still be in your name and then you could possibly get in trouble for whatever happens with that car. Your best bet is to resell the car.

Resell it. Sell it as junk. Strip it of parts and sell the parts on eBay. Donate it a charity and deduct it on next year's income tax. Torch it and file a claim with your insurance company (just kidding).

Resell it...you may be able to get your money back or possibly make a little money on it if you didn't pay more than it is worth.

Re-sell it.

Try E-Bay with a low bid limit of $1300.
