Gastritis, or dyspepsia, is an inflammation of the stomach lining. Some people have gastritis after drinking too much alcohol, eating too much, eating spicy food, or smoking. Others develop gastritis after prolonged use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or infection with bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, or Helicobacter pylori. Sometimes gastritis develops after major surgery, traumatic injury, burns, or severe infections. Certain diseases, such as pernicious anemia, autoimmune disorders, and chronic bile reflux, can cause gastritis as well.

I had close to the same pain you described. You need to talk to your parents and get into your doctor first thing tomorrow morning. A possibility could be gallbladder functioning -- as in your gallbladder is not functioning as much as it is supposed to. Coule be your appendix -- not very likely but it is still a possibility.
If they think it is your gallbladder, they will do a Nuclear Medicine Scan -- it is an hour long (depending on what the doctor orders, could be longer). Its kinda like an open MRI. I watched a movie during mine, about 1/2 way thru the scan they will inject CCK into your veins and what it is, basically its an equivilant of a "fatty" meal. They want to see how your gallbladder processes it. It will probably give you a really bad stomach ache, but go out and eat something healthy like eggs or chicken (depending on time of day) and you should feel fine. If you do feel pain, tell them and they will give you some pain meds. I wouldn't plan much to do that day -- you are kind of down all day and really tired. During the scan, you will have to wear a hospital gown but you can usually have a blanket over your arms and chest and over your legs... you can't have one on your abdomen.
I Am not going to say much else because we can't really diagnose you over the internet. But, some ideas of what it probably is -- biliary disconesia (low-functioning gallbladder), or problem with appendix.
You should go see the doctor soon! Make sure your parents know whats going on.
Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions. I have been through all of that and gallbladder & appendix surgery and everything to do with appendix and gallbladder.
Good Luck!!
