9The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, 10and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. 11For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie 12and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.

Nope.
GOD allows People to Believe that the "Aliens" who will show up shortly, and say that they put us on Earth and will help us, are from another Galaxy.
That is what GOD will let them Believe.
Now the Truth is that those Aliens are Really satan and his angels in Disguise.

The Delusion is what you live by every day. That you, as a human, are most high and thus shall only serve yourself. you belive you are the most important thing and therefore only strive for things that satisfy your flesh. Your eyes have been mislead to believe this. For it is a fact that the only reason you are here is to please yourself and believe that you can do what ever you want without consequence. So, by not believing the truth and denying God exists, you have therefore been delighting yourself in wickedness. You are a prime example of what God was talking about.

This delusion will be for people who are still here after the rapture who heard and understood the gospel and rejected it. If you study verses 6-12, you find it talks about the restrainer or what withholds, then the Antichrist being revealed, and then the deception.
Let me reiterate...one who has heard and understood the gospel of Jesus Christ and rejects it will have this delusion set upon them that they WILL NOT have a chance to be saved. They will be damned.
People should adhere to the teachings of the Bible....TODAY is the day of salvation.
