Find a good psychiatrist or psychologist. You might also try an alternative therapy in conjunction with this such as Reiki or a good old-fashioned massage. Depending on what the weather is like where you are, go for a walk or sit outside in the fresh air.

I think you need to understand what is making you very sad and work out a plan to get rid of it or learn to accept it and cope.

Your plan could include talking to your doctor, seeing a counsellor, getting involved in something you like doing, getting out of the house and getting some fresh air, talking to a friend, patting a cat, staring the problem straight in the eyes telling it that it's not going to control you.

Good luck... I was diagnosed with depression and went onto medication, it only masks the problem and it keeps coming back when I come off my meds (I go cold turkey though which is not recommended). Now I am working through my issues and am pretty happy.

Write out your feelings, see a psychologist and perhaps medication might work. I take prozac and it makes me feel so much better since I suffer from depression. But I feel that a healthy diet, exercise, mental and social stimulation and lots of water can also benefit you while on medication. It sucks to feel sad and tired all of the time, I know. Please get some help, like is just too short. God Bless You!

the first thing is to answer is why are you sad, get at the root of the problem and solve it, most and all problems can be corrected, and ask your self, is it important for my entire life to be sad,

the best thing you can do is to write in a journal or in a blog and put out all of you feelings into page,

try meditation by sitting in a calm and peacefull enviroment or a place with calm type of music and think of about something peacefull or a good happy memories

Sounds like you could be suffering from depression. It is very common and often times easily treatable. Talk to your medical doctor about it. You will be surprised how much better you feel just letting someone know. There is no need to suffer when there may be a very simple solution! Good luck and keep your chin up!

Sad about something or just depressed in general? You could always take part in an activity that you really enjoy. If nothing works, you can take medicine for depression, but you should try other methods first.

Have you considered seeing your Doctor? If not how about copulating with your gf or perhaps a Lady of the night?
