What breed is your cat? Most cats can be given away as young as 8 weeks but it is advisable to wait as long as possible so they can develop good socialization skills. This is especially important with any oriental breed such as Burmese, Siamese, Tonkinese, etc. These kitties should be kept with their mothers until they are at least 14-16 weeks old. Socially they develop a little slower than other cats but they go into heat earlier, as early as 4 months old so it might be a good idea to get the kittens fixed before you give them away.
I've actually gotten two Tonkinese kittens. One I got at 14 weeks and one I got at 12 weeks. Both could have benefitted from additional time with their mother.

8 to 12 weeks old is most desirable. This gives them enough to learn all of their social development skills from mom and siblings. It is a VERY important time in a young animals life. Please spay mom after you re home the kittens. There are many cats and kittens dieing in shelters all over.

generally 8 weeks old, at least, because any younger and they are still very dependant on their mother for feeding and care. It usually isn't safe for the kittens to be motherless younger than 8 weeks old. If they are, they have to bottlefed, etc.

8 weeks atleast but it depends. A cat is a official adult at 6 months which is when most breeders adopt them out. Take care picking owners who can care for them. Vet bills can go up in the thousands. Good luck.

Minimum 8 weeks. Any sooner and it's unhealthy for them. Baby animals that aren't allowed to nurse their mother for the proper amount of time become weak and some even die.

After 45 days so u r sure that they got all what they need from their mother. IF u gave them away before that , they will likely die.
