Try not to eat anything, drink water but only sips at a time. Then you can try some dry toast as the bread sooks up acid in your stomach. Maybe even try a cup of boiled water, seems to clean out your system. Do this for one day then slowly build up foods but they must be light like scrambled eggs, yoghurts, soup(not veg soup). Hope this helps and you feel better soon. x

She stumbled on a prescription as quickly as and have been given it, too (I felt humorous calling the wellness care expert's workplace and explaining i wanted a clean prescription via fact my canine ate it). The worst she's accomplished is whilst my husband advance into cooking breakfast one time, he set out a plate of uncooked purple meat chops and went to do some thing. whilst he have been given back, the plate advance into nevertheless sitting there, yet empty. shall we hardly have self assurance she'd accomplished it, so we set a capture--we've been given a clean equipment of purple meat chops, set them on the counter (farther removed from the side, this time), and waited in simple terms out of her sight. constructive sufficient, she advance into caught purple-pawed!

Having worked in A&E for a while, the professionals suggest flat cola to drink and plain crisps to eat. This replaces both your salt and sugar levels, and won't aggrivate your tummy too much. Having said that, if it goes on for longer than a week you need to see your GP.
Good luck!
