Cooking or buying out?

I'm trying something different! Hamburger's in the oven, with green onions, sweet onions, quartered pieces of bacon, and sliced raw mushrooms all over the burgers, small bits of butter on top, baking it. Then something simple to go along, some baked beans, homemade, and salad. Ever try your burger's like this?

My husband's out of town, so it's just me for dinner. Our local Schnuck's grocery has a nice line of entrees that they prepare right there at the deli, and that's what I usually get when I'm eating by myself.

Tonight, I'm having turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, and a black cherry Fresca to wash it down with. And to finish off, I just made a big pan of strawberry pretzel dessert. Good stuff!

Quick and easy ranch food. Chili w/beans over spaghetti noodles served with chopped sweet onions and sharp Cheddar cheese along with a tossed salad and garlic bread. I grew up on a cattle ranch on Montana so I do a lot of what I call "Ranch cooking"

Last night I had a wonderful piece of braised blade steak, mashed potatoes, cabbage, and gravy made with the braising liquid.

Your hamburger sounds yummy though.

We're having lobster bisque here at home. Nothing like making stock from leftover shells from last night! Bread and dipping sauce, and a green mixed salad with balsamic vinaigrette.
