plastic braces..i never heard of those..and by the way..go for metal which is stronger..with the things you'll eat..the plastic will break..& the condition of your teeth tells the orthodontist how long you'll wear braces.

I had braces and I wore them for four years. You orthodontist will tell you how long you'll have to ware them.

That would depend on the severity of your teeth misalignment. usually, it is around a year.
