I'm hungry and I want to make something small to eat. I'm not a good cook. I cannot go to the store and buy something or ingredients. I don't have hot dogs or much at all in my house.. No salsa, pretty much only the basics like Eggs, Cheese, Basic Vegetables and etc. No chips or junk food. What's a good, small recipe that's easy to make, doesn't include very many/exotic ingredients? Also that's not very bad for you? I could also eat my dad's microwave dinner for his lunches but I'm not sure if he needs it for tomorrow or not.. What do you think?

Make a grilled cheese sandwich. Put a slice of ham in with it if you have any.

Or make bachelor's toast. Heat a little olive oil in a pan, and tear the center out of a slice of bread. Eat the center piece, put the rest of the slice of bread in the pan, and break an egg into it. After 2-3 minutes, flip the slice of bread, and fry until the egg is done. You've got protein and carbs all in one meal.

make omlete vegtables and fry the cheese on top of the olmete. Dont scrable the egg too much, enough so the egg is mixed. Mix in vegetables and when egg and vegetables are cooked, sprinkle the cheese on top and let it cook for a little bit more. Enjoy.

If you have broccoli, chop it up. Scramble a couple eggs, add some cheese and broccoli, and you have some delish eggs. I love them like that. Or, chop up the veggies, put them in a bowl with about three tablespoons of water and microwave (steam) them. Add a little butter and YUMMO as Rachel Ray says. lol

Toasted cheese. Quick and easy, takes minutes under the grill. Or you could boil a load of veg together and make a thick soup.
