People only treat you the way you allow them to treat you. Your boyfriend has learned he can mistreat you and still get away with it. There is no formula and no magic to make someone treat you right other than standing up for yourself. It is obvious you lack self respect or trust me, he would not be able to treat you the way he does. Only YOU can demand to be respected and treated right, no one else.

You're not dumb for it...It's hard when you love someone to let them go even if they're hurting you emotionally. It's especially hard when they trap you psychologically. You have to love yourself more then you love him. Get support from the people around you. He can't love you if he's putting you through "hell." What he loves more than likely is the control he has over you. The fact that he can do what he wants and you will keep taking him back. Where there is no trust there is no relationship. You have to move on girl. Do you and find things that you love about yourself. Focus on you not him. It's hard and the worst thing is feeling lonely but take that time and meditate on who you are and what you love to do. In time he will be a distant memory and hopefully you will have learned that love is not the only thing that makes a healthy relationship.

That's not love, its an unhealthy dependency or obsession. Move on. There's no way I'd take back someone who had "put me through hell". I'm worth so much more than that and single life is WAY preferable to couples hell...why miss out on other opportunities because I've trapped myself with a loser? I'm not the needy type, I don't feel like I have to have a boyfriend for life to be 'right'. Hopefully, you'll get to that point also.

Pagan teaching. The word Hell was never in the original text of the Holy Scriptures. The words used were in Hebrew and Greek, Sheol and Hades. Both these words mean, 'mankind's common grave'. Remember when Lazarus died? He was dead for 4 days, must have been getting pretty ripe wouldn't you say? Jesus brought him back from the dead and did he ever say he was in Heaven? He never said a word about it. If he was, that would have been very cruel, to bring him back to earth again after being in Heaven.

There are almost 300 MILLION folks in the USA, that means there are probably 150,000,000 men out there. Do you REALLY think there isn't one who has all the "good things" about your idiot man but without the crap?

seems like you 2 aren't right for each other. You should go your seperate ways and stay there. why do you enjoy the games and the fighting? there are LOTS of men out there that don't play the childish games. IF you are stuck on staying, you should get counseling. Your not dumb, just not educated about what is out there and how you should treat yourself better.
