My granchild is going through the most annoying faze of his 13 year old life.He talks nasty -gets upset easily-And he is dam right naughty-but let anyone else talk to you like that and he goes mad-Its as if he dosent know how bad he is sometimes anyone else come across this with teenagers

no offense but duh! A lot of teenagers are like that!! With all the horomones and everything going crazy! Hes growing up but just remember that it will be over soon enough! Good luck and hang in there!

My brother was this way, I guess there isn't much to do. My parents bribed him, video-taped him (making him watch himself) and not much else worked until they made him help out needy people. People who had things worst than him. It worked for a little bit, but seeing how good he had it compared to kids his age was really helpful. Also most kids this age do things (knowingly or not) to get attention. Find small fun things for him to do like help someone work on a car, or build a dog house then praise him for doing it. The positive attention helps them through this stage.

My youngest went through a rough side last year. I started laughing at him. When he was in these fits. I would say your a going to smile repeatedly till he does. Now he knows what i will do and he will stop himself.

My g'child started at 12. She's now 17, and is obnoxious. It's not the child, it's the parents who are at fault.
The sister at now 12 and is doing same. It's the world we live in. Give them e/THING that they DONT deserve.....EXCEPT love and parenting, which they DO deserve.

beleive its normal his horomones are just off the wall right now every teen is like this at some point

Just take time to talk to your grandson and talk to him about his attitude. But if it is really serious, take him to a counselor or a therapy. Sincerely,
