Reality is a big word, we can talk of experience of the moment for all of us singolarly and collettively
collettively we have heart sun universe the city where we live
culture sports and so on
singolary we have our thoughts feelings sensations emotions and so on
this ''big dream'' it is also called 'samsara' in tibetan buddhism
and it is what we are crossing back to our primordial pure nature

Well, let me introduce you to the "Iced Tea" theory.
If you understand that everything you do is a choice, from getting out of bed in the morning to closing your eyes at night, and everything in between, you will understand how choice affects reality.
Take, for instance, that you are thirsty. You have some cold, refreshing Iced Tea in the refrigerator (substitute your favorite drink in this analogy, but for me, it is iced tea, and since I made the analogy up, well, there you go). You have to CHOOSE to move to the refrigerator and pour yourself a glass of tea, or the consequence of the choice not to do so is that you will definitely remain thirsty, for there will be nothing for you to drink. After this, you must CHOOSE to raise the glass to your lips, or it will stay where it is, and thus, not deliver the needed refreshment. Once the liquid is in your mouth, you must CHOOSE between swallowing it or spitting it out, for to do one will deliver the needed refreshment to your body, while the other will deprive the body of the needed liquid, and you will stay thirsty.
Essentially, this is the long way around to say that everything in life is a choice, and the choices we make dictate the life that we lead. Everything we choose to do, or not do, has a consequence. This is why there was such a huge movement among time travel theorists that if you were to go back in time, and choose to alter ANYTHING, it would directly have an affect on the future timeline, and it is why so many stories and movies like TIMECOP and THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT were made (though these don't really apply to ethics as much, but they do graphicly show how differences in choices made at certain times affect the future of reality).
Hope this helps...
Edit: Also, we tend to say "There is/was no choice" or "I have/had no choice" to comfort ourselves with a decision that we have already made... Especially when we are trying to rationalize behavior that we know to be wrong... There is always choice. Sometimes we just don't want to make the choice to do what is right because it is inconvenient, or costly to us personally. These choices we make often affect the reality of others...
Hope this helps...

I have to say that yes, in my experience (which is all I have), my reality is indeed influenced by my choices.
I can react to something someone says or does that pushes my buttons with a knee jerk defensive move- which then sends a cascade of chemicals firing through my neural net, enlivening old belief patterns, causing me to get an emotion rush, and in the end "proving to me" that ______ (fill in blank - people are mean, can't be trusted, blah blah...whatever my issues are.)
This serves to continuously keep my version of the world, my "reality" in place.
If I instead take a different course, and do not react as perhaps I have always done, and am watchful - I may find that the course of events takes a different turn. At least, my perception of the experience will be different. And the neural nets will be influenced in a completely different way...
I watch my choices change my reality every day. And I also notice where I am still acting from my old conditioned self, continue to duplicate old patterns I am striving to be free of...
I can change no one, I can only change my perception of any given situation. The world exists as it does. But my choices have a cumulative effect, and over time I have built my world to be more and more a refection of all that I love, without effort, other than to be mindful of my actions.......

each 2d is a call. some could argue that we chosen what grew to become into perfect for us in the previous coming right here. perfect and incorrect are concerns of concept undeniable and straightforward. There are extensively oftentimes taking place moralities, oftentimes based off no rely if what one is doing is unfavorable to a distinctive individual in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it continues to be concept. We would perhaps be created to love yet love is a state of being no longer an action purely like being beneficial and outgoing are states of being. As such it differences the way we do issues yet no longer what have been doing or why have been doing it. i individually have faith we chosen to do specific issues in the previous we got here right here and that all people has a large number of purposes and paths to bypass down. I even have considered questions like this some cases and that they continuously bypass away me questioning how people get to it. As father and mom we don't administration our toddlers, we develop them and handbook them and then set them loose to do or no longer do as they decide for. Why could this be any distinctive? people do no longer improve or learn in a sanitized ecosystem, we want our stories to truly understand issues and we want our moments to polish. If there is something better to it than that we probably will never understand till have been ineffective. good success!

I think choices affect your reality as you perceive it. Because of the ability of the human mind to convince itself that anything is true (or untrue as the case may be), what your mind believes to be true will affect how you perceive reality. And when you make choices based on this truth, your mind assumes that because it is truth, that's the way it happened.

Your pereption of the world around allows you to decifer choices that is the most closely linked to you. An individuals perceptions allows for more probability of choices that are specific to his or her needs. EX: If Linda's perception was more "Christian" and Tinas was more liberal when face with sexual desire who is more likely to have sex???Exactly probabilities show that because of tinas perception her choices will have a higher probabilty in circumstances that may partain to her.

We tend to think we have the ability to make choices because we, as conscious beings, can consider options and allow our consideration of consequences to affect our actions.
However, on the most basic level, everything is still physical and deterministic.

same answer - reality is not affected by perspective
your perception of it effects your idea of truth and therefore the choices you may make.

Cause and effect is very difficult to prove unless mitigating factors can be controlled and isolated. since this is most often not possible and effects are rarely instantaneous. really tough to call.
