Let's face it, the middle east 2,000 years ago was much the same as it is now..sandy and backward. Why then did god send jesus to such a hostile and horrible place? Why didn't he send jesus to china, where like today, it had a reliable written history and was florishing as a society and all of his miracles would have been much more well documented. Does god have something against the asians?

Another question might be,

Why, if god had a change of heart and decided to afford humans a route to salvation, did he send one person to one place, and then require belief in that person as a prerequisite to salvation? This is the same thing as condemning many generations of people, millions and millions, living in the Americas, Asia, Africa, India, and Northern Europe, to damnation, while the word slowly crept across the globe, not reaching some areas for nearly 2,000 years.

Jesus said that "those who are well, do not need a physician, but those who are sick, do." The Bible says that God so loved the WORLD (not "the Middle East") that He gave His only, begotten Son. That WHOSOEVER believes on Him shall not perish, but shall have everlasting life." Jesus is the Price of Peace and is most needed where hostility and horrors abound. The written history of the middle east, is documented, and the Christ's miracles are believed on by those who know, love and have experienced, Him.

That God would send Jesus to a desolate corner of the earth, and that His name would spread across it, is an amazing thing. Beyond that, of course, its obvious that Jesus was sent first for the redemption of God's chosen people, and then for the world.

And no, He has nothing against Asians...thank goodness, for then I would be without hope. ;)

God didnt send Jesus anywhere. Jesus was born and he died. Jesus didnt have any supernatural powers and God wouldnt have given him any. The God and the Goddess favor no human over the others, not even the ones that worship them more.

God often uses the least to work through. He took one man and made a nation out of him.

He chose His Son to be born in a manger.

The first shall be last, and the last shall be first. He's not about the things that look good to men.

Should you actually choose to read, he also sent Jesus to the Aztec, they Mayans and the Incas. The monks who came with the conquistadors did their best to destroy any info. They destroyed the writings and as many people as they could. The stories were almost identical to the bible and the teachings were similar.
