You could take her to the movies or go bowling-or a camping trip. (only if she likes that kind of stuff tho.) There's also the beach, usually beaches are free, and then you can bring your own food and stuff.

Depends on what is expensive to you. If you want to spend less than $100? Take her to get a manicure pedicure with her best friend and have them sip smoothies:) She will feel like a princess:) that should be under $60. Other than that... a sleepover with pizza and cake from costco ($13), watch movies, pitch a tent inside the house and play cool music:)

As long as other moms are ok with it (and check first) have a make-over party. Buy some inexpensive lip gloss, nail polish, and hair accessories. Have the girls do make overs on each other, and then have a "fashion show" afterwards. Buy inexpensive bags so that the girls can take home their stash. Buy travel sizes of scented lotions, nail files, things like that. Try the dollar store...you'll find tons of stuff.

If she complains approximately washing dishes after her mothers and dads have shucked out the money for all that, then tell her to end whining like a selfish little brat. If no, sorry, my undesirable!

For my daughters 11th birthday we rented two joining rooms at a local motel that has a indoor pool and she had a swim/slumber party. It was February so a pool party was a novelty.
