Is a built in ATSC/NTSC worth an extra $100 on a Flat Screen?

Only if you plan on getting your digital signal off of an antenna. However, if you get your signal from the cable company, the satellite company or an other source like that then the ATSC tuner isn't really useful.

BUT --- if you have cable and aren't using a cable box then the NTSC tuner is useful.
