The large structure is pink and gray and it looks like a bag of potatoes as if she can be pregnant. She is not eating or drinking water. What is the structure and what should i do?

You so should not have a dog.

Take this girl to the vet. She could have a TVT. Has she been exposed to other dogs? A TVT is a Transmissible Venerial Tumor.

I understand that you might be in shock
But have you tried to look at the "structure"
is there a posobility shes pregnant, cause puppys are born in sacks you know..
Besides all this you should get your butt to the vet.

sounds like a prolapsed rectum if it is truly from the "anal area". that is not where babies come from!
get her to the vet NOW
