You cut off the sleeves straight across and sew an elastic in at the top so that it stays up if needed (which it probably will be). Hope that helps!

Normally in the U.S. a tube top does not have shoulders on the shirt. It is just literally a tube that starts above your breasts and then goes on down to your waist. I don't know a way you can change a T-shirt to that. A tank top is sleeveless but it also is cut in closers than sleeveless; it just has thinner straps to hold the shirt up.

I am sorry I don't know how to change a T-shirt into any of those.

When we were kids (long, long ago) we used to take the bottom of the T-shirt and pull it up and shove it down the front of the neck of the T-shirt and then knotted it underneath. We thought this made us look sexy and we could do it after we were out of the house so parents couldn't see.

A sleeveless top, or a tube top? I am unclear as to what your question is. A sleeveless top still has a collar; I've never seen anybody with a T-shirt cut into a tube top.

I would guess at the arm pits of the shirt? I have never done this before.
