Athiests and Fundamentalists can't prove their theories as to how the earth was created/whether there is a god etc. So, we should just stop fighting and pretending like we have all the answers. Because, each side has its blanks and faults, and if you dont think so, then you must not be very informed. The only way to know what happened is to be there, and until we make time machines, we can only go on what we have. So, why dont we all have a cup of coffee? Hot Chocolate? Tea? Who wants ice cream? How about one group say something nice to the other?
I'll go first: I am a christian and I admire Athiests free thinking that has spawned many great discoveries and theories.

Thats great and all but I love debate. No one is twisting anyones arms here. If you don't want a religious debate, it's simple, don't get into one. Some people are the kinds of people who like those kinds of things and some people aren't comfortable with it. But I'll take some tea and ice cream and we can talk about the weather for a little while. Eventually though, I will lose interest and go find someone who wants to argue.

Ciao, bella. Purtroppo non è così facile. Sai, non è soltanto una questione di parlare della verità o di fare complimenti, magari che sia così, ma il problema è l'orgoglio. Alcuni non possono dire qualcosa di bello degli altri perché pensare che l'altro è peggiore per loro è proprio ciò che dà autostima. Quindi finché non si trova l'autostima in questo modo non ci sarà mai la pace tra questi due gruppi.

Some cannot say something nice about others because thinking that others are lesser is precisely what give them their self-esteem. So until one finds self-worth in a different way, there will never be peace between these two groups.

Im an athiest who prefers coffee. I may be wrong, but at least my theories are dicatated by evidence and rational thought. Thats where you are wrong. This is not theory vs. theory, this is rational thought vs. dangerous delusion.
oh what i appreciate about fundamentalists is their ability to rally for war. Its a great way to increase the power fo the nation.

Scientists do not " prove " things, young lady, but are convinced by the evidence. Fundies only have delusional assertions on their side. It is a true dichotomy with the fundies not even intimating theory. Go back to the proverbial " drawing board " with this one.

I am an Atheist and I love the way Christians forget everything the bible teaches when if comes to sex out of wedlock. It's been some great times. Thanks guys.
