It does if it contains wheat. Gluten is part of wheat. Read the ingredients.

cornflour does not contain gluten , cornflour is used for thickening soups etc in wheat free recipes.

If it is PURE corn flour then no. But read ingredients bc they can slip in the wheat gluten.

It should not because it's corn (maize) BUT always read the small print on the packet very carefully because some manufactureres "dilute" their products.
