So in answer...California has more whites as well as more Hispanics (in fact California has more whites and Hispanics than any state in the entire nation...along with the highest total population). As a percentage however Florida has more whites in comparison to other races (even when all races are included).
White's outnumber all races significantly in all states even when all other races but white are grouped as one race (with the exception of Hawaii and the District of Columbia).
It is true that all illegal immigration is not accounted for in these numbers, but the number of whites should be all included generally (although there has been much migration of whites out of California from what I have read since 2000...and of course it must be noted that this was 2000 and not 2007).

There is likely to be more "whites" in all three to the stats of the census. The census doesn't capture the number in illegal immigrants though. Certain cities may harbor more other types of races than others.

i would actually count the number of mexicans and go from there, i know just in the city i live in the illegal mexicans run in the number of 8000 and the population count is only 1200 they live like roaches and pack in numbers 35 to a room that should only have 2 sorta like a clown car
