In the Philippines, the Birth Certificate (BC) is authenticated by the National Statistic Office (NSO). Write to them at National Statistic Office
Civil Registry Division
Vibal Building, EDSA
West Triangle, Quezon City
Phone: 63-2-926-7370
Helpline: 63-2-737-1111

Hope this helps. My wife is a Filipino. Perhaps you can also apply for Dual Citizen? Contact Philippine Embassy or check on the web.

You are seriously confused as to what you WANT... and the legality of what you are ENTITLED to. Once again.. there is a legal and valid copy online. The fact that some website claims it is fake.. doesn't mean dog poop. What MATTERS is the verification by both the Federal govt and the State of Hawaii. Both of them, as well as any Judge in the country.. is completely aware that the Kenya story is a publicity stunt and hoax. I'd like to know how much money Philip Berg has raked in by conning gullible Americans, who could easily figure this out, if they spent five minutes using their brains. How MANY judges have already told Berg, and others... "you HAVE NO RIGHT TO ANYONE'S PRIVATE RECORDS" ?? Simple message. And there for a reason.
