If you are making hamburgers, I would suggest one egg per pound of meat and add Worcestershire sauce - not too much, maybe 1 tablespoon per pound. The egg helps keep the burgers from falling apart while cooking and the sauce helps keem them juicy and adds a nice flavor. You can also add other seasonings, like flavored bread crumbs or onion flakes.

I would suggest A-1, some oats, chopped up onions, a bit of egg white, salt, pepper and fresh garlic. Mix all of that with the hamburger meat (but be careful not to mix it too well, it can made the meat tough). Form into patties and throw them on the grill. The additions make your hamburgers melt in the mouth - very delicious.

Yes it's very good and a nice change from regular burgers, especially when you add extra barbeque sauce on top when grilling.(assuming that you're making burgers)...and if you are be careful not to make the mixture too wet, or it will fall apart on the grill unless you add a binder.

yes just do not add to much as it will cause your burgers to fall apart. you can also use cheese mixed in and any other thing you want to add just remember when cooking a good burger only turn it 1 time when cooking and for the love of god never press em down that makes all the juice run out.

Yes, I use ground turkey instead of hamburger, but if you cook it first, then add bbq, and maybe some peppers and onions, throw it on a roll, and you have a bbq sloppy joe. It is really good.

Worcestershire Sauce or A-1 is better, BBQ is okay too but I prefer the others that I suggested....
