she placed the bracelet to tree, throw it on the ground, made 3 steps back, intersect, pray. she repeated this 3 times. (she was dressed all black). what did she do? what all that means??

who knows she could have just been freaking you out..... or she could have been casting a spell maybe a bind on it.... hard to say not knowing what she said

It all depends. if she is wiccan she should know of the rule "harm none" and gave it to you as a protection charm. Nevertheless we always go by the rule that you must ask the person your doing the spell or making the charm for permission. and black is not a color of evil or darkness black symbolizes banishing and the unknown. She may have been trying to banish some negative things from your life. My advice just ask her what it is for. If she wont tell you destroy it by throwing it in fire and pick better friends in the future. Don't wear it till you know for sure.

Well it doesn't sound good. Sounds like she may have been appealing to a loa (see link below) and was doing a spell.
