Incident 1.)I was standing alone and was bumped into by a security guard who was assisting other staff in kicking someone out and just like that he grabbed me from behind (no provocation) and tried to push me down, when I resisted (with no violence) 3 other event staff came and forced me out. Incident 2.)One of my buddies was drunk and had sprained his ankle in the mosh pit he was in no condition to stay there and asked a guard he was talking to if I escorted him back to the hotel would they let me back, the staff member said just show them your wristband at the front , when I did another staff member said I had to leave the premises they did not allow re-entry and as I started to reason with him a police officer observing us told me to leave so I did. Incident 3).I was standing in front of the bar with 2 drinks in my hands one I ordered one my buddy bought me a guard asked me to follow him out. They ID'd me, saw I was 21 than said I was wobbling, leave or give up my wristband.

Being as it's private property they can kickyou out and refuse service.
But if it violates your constitutional civil rights it's fair game to a dicrimination law suit. And since I know I'm being singled out and will if I go there again how and what can I do to catch them in the act as a clear violation so I can take them to court.

No, you cannot sue them. However, you can not support them by not going to see shows at their club.
