Master Cleanse Diet Recipe

#1 (single serving):

- 2 Tbsp Lemon (approx ½ of a Lemon)
- 2 Tbsp Genuine Organic Maple Syrup (not Maple flavored sugar syrup you'd put on pancakes)
- 1/10 Tsp Cayenne pepper (red pepper)
- Ten oz. glass of hot water (cold can be used if preferred)

#2 (60 oz. daily serving):

- 60 oz. water
- 12 Tbsp organic Maple syrup (Grade B)
- 12 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ Tsp Cayenne Pepper

There are a couple important things to remember when using these recipes. For one, the lemon juice used must be fresh squeezed. This cannot be emphasized enough. It is necessary to use fresh produce. Canned juice won't work and will erase most of the benefits of using this diet. Also, the maple syrup must be organic, Grade B maple syrup, not the sugar filled syrup that is used at the breakfast table.

The lemonade diet recipe
• 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon.
• 2 tablespoons of grade B Maple Syrup.
• Add cayenne pepper according to your preference
• A glass of pure water.

Your original maple syrup would be grade A maple syrup? It's allright to use grade A, however the taste would be less maply. Make sure yours is the organic one.

There's always Amazon to find your master cleanse needs. I bought everything from there last time, including the laxative tea and the cayenne pepper.

However my piece of advice for you:

Dont drink the salt water laxative.

It's sort of come out again from my throat to my butt, so obviously my body is rejecting that substance to be digested. I found an article which stated the danger of salt water laxative, and I did the diet without the salt water laxative too.

No, don't use the fake syrup. Use pure. You should be able to get it at your local health food store. Also, be sure to use fresh lemon. You need the enzyme found in lemons that is lost when the juice is frozen or concentrated. Lemons are the only citrus fruit with this enzyme, so I wouldn't use limes, oranges, or grapefruits.

Be really careful if you choose to do this. Fasting can be hard on one's body if they have certain medical conditions. I would consult your doctor before doing this.
