You can take the GRE pretty much anytime you want to. Your school or marks don't matter. All that matters to them is that you are willing to pay the fees. Check out their website below for more information.

to help you with this question you can type in requirement for taking GRE. but as i know yes all does count when trying to enter a college . all scores and exams. your grades will reflect all they need to know. you will need a 2.2 gpa or a 1650 on your sat/as. you will enter on a conditional status until proven grades of 12 semester hrs have been accomplished.
