You may be thinking of Revelation 12:13-17, which recounts the fleeing of all Israel to Bozrah (probably Petra) during the second half of the Tribulation. Some folks interpret the "eagle" (the U.S.'s symbol) to mean America airlifts the Jews to Petra. I don't think this is the proper exegesis of this passage, since Deut. 32:11-12 tells us that the "eagle" protecting Israel is God:
11 As an eagle stirs up its nest,
Hovers over its young,
Spreading out its wings, taking them up,
Carrying them on its wings,
12 So the LORD alone led him,
And there was no foreign god with him.
So taken together, I think the proper understanding of Rev. 12:13-17 is that the Jewish people (the "woman") are safely guided to Petra by God -- with the help of no mere man.

Closest I Could find.
Scripture Reference: Revelation 12:13-17
"And when the dragon saw that he was thrown down to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male child.
And the two wings of the great eagle were given to the woman, in order that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she was nourished for a time and times and half a time (we are told that this stands for 3-1/2 years?), from the face of the serpent.
And the serpent threw water like a river out of his mouth after the woman, so that he might cause her to be swept away with the *flood.
And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and drank up the river with the dragon poured out of his mouth.
And the dragon was enraged with the woman (Israel), and went off to make war with the rest of her offspring who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus".

right here is my opinion, in accordance with comparing Scripture with Scripture and likewise from analyzing quite a few books on the priority. a million, Paul wrote a million Thessalonians particularly early, probable 5-10 years beforehand the Corinthian letters. In a million Thessalonians, the context of financial disaster 4 is the believing lifeless whose bodies "slept" interior the floor. What Paul wrote in a million Thessalonians 4:sixteen is genuinely suited--whilst Jesus returns, interior the air, for His saints, the lifeless will upward push first, and, in accordance to the subsequent verse, we who're alive and ultimate will connect them, and with a view to be with the Lord continually. Did you examine the subsequent quite a few verses, or the completed context? 2. Now in 2 Corinthians 5, Paul is discussing the guy believer and what happens whilst a believer dies. The believer is going to be with the Lord. returned, i'm constructive you observed the verse that stated if Paul advance into absent from the Lord, he advance into interior the physique, etc. So there is not any contradiction, those verses mirror 2 different factors of a believer's dying, could a believer die beforehand the Rapture. The physique is going into the floor and the soul/spirit is going to be with the Lord. whilst the Rapture comes, the physique is raised, and joined to the soul and spirit, and is going to Heaven.

Perhaps you're thinking of chapter 8 of Hosea (read the entire chapter), looking then to chapters 8 and 9 of Revelation (specifically verse 13 of chapter 8).
This eagle does not "save" Israel in the way that you recall america's role toward Israel. If there is salvation for Israel, it is from (and for) God's glory, not from/for america.
May God continue to bless you in the love of Christ.
Edit: Isaiah 40:31 and 49:12 (please read at least each of the two full chapters for a little context) address your question, but the response above still stands true: Israel's salvation is from/for God's glory, not america's. I thank God for your question.

No such scripture. Besides, it was God that saved Israel, not the United States.
(Don't get me wrong, God uses the U.S. to help Israel in the past, but the real focus should be on the Lord.)

Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

But if Gandalf were here, the eagles would be much cooler. You know it's true.
And didn't they loose last season? Grown men in tights is just disturbing anyway...
