Mi Corazon is a term of endearment just like honey or baby in English. It says Your love, my heart. But it's translates to saying something like, Your love, Baby...but doesn't literally say that.

I think you might want to add a verb-
eres (are)
In other words, "tu eres mi amor, mi corazon."
"You are my love, my heart."

it will say "your love my heart"

Maybe you want to say you are the love of my life "usted es el amor de mi vida"

or maybe you wish to say i love you with all my heart "te quiero con todo mi corazon"

GOOD LUCK
