Roman Catholics, unlike any Protestant church, accept the authority of the Pope. Catholics also put more emphasis on the veneration of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the communion of saints, and believe in the real presence of Christ in the Holy Eucharist. A liberal Protestant denomination that is fairly close to the Roman Catholic Church in terms of ritual would be the Episcopal Church. However, the Episcopal Church ordains both female and gay clergy, which the Roman Catholic Church does not.

Episcopal is somewhat similar in ritual to Catholicism but not really. I think Anglican is too. But they are still Protestant and that means Mary has been demoted.

There is no definition of "Liberal Protestant"

So you cannot make any comparison.

As for the beliefs of Catholics, they are written in the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Anyone can read it!
